At AriseVida Care, recovery is built on five guiding ideas — a quiet manifesto for how we show up for every adult who walks through our door.
Every interaction begins with respect for the person, not just the diagnosis. The way we greet, listen, and follow through is the foundation of every relationship we build.
Mind, body, and life context — addressed together, not in silos. We treat people, not isolated symptoms, and design care that meets the realities of daily life.
Clinicians, peers, and case managers working from the same care plan. Coordination is what turns a series of appointments into a continuous, supportive experience.
Methods grounded in clinical standards and continuously reviewed for outcomes. We commit to what works — and we measure it, refine it, and keep what truly helps.
Aftercare and stability built into the journey from day one. Recovery does not end at stabilization — we plan for the months and years that follow.

Our Story
AriseVida means “rise to life.”
That name was not chosen by accident. It represents the heart of why AriseVida Care was created: to help people rise out of addiction, instability, trauma, untreated mental health challenges, and the barriers that often keep them from rebuilding their lives.
AriseVida Care was founded by Arthur Allayev with a deep passion for helping people during one of the most serious public health crises facing our country. Across the United States, substance use and mental health needs continue to affect millions of individuals and families. In 2024, an estimated 48.4 million people ages 12 or older had a substance use disorder, and only about 1 in 5 people who needed substance use treatment received it. At the same time, millions of adults continued to experience unmet mental health needs, with 61.5 million adults reporting any mental illness in the past year.
In Arizona, the need is not distant. It is here. The Arizona Department of Health Services reports that more than five people die every day from opioid overdoses in Arizona, and the opioid crisis remains an active public health emergency impacting communities throughout the state.
For Arthur, those numbers were never just statistics. They represented real people. Real families. Real stories. Real lives that needed a better path forward.
The problem he saw in behavioral health was clear: too many people were being treated in pieces instead of being treated as whole human beings. A person might receive medication but still have no stable housing. They might be told to attend treatment but have no transportation. They might be struggling with depression, trauma, or anxiety while also fighting substance use. They might be released from jail, prison, detox, or residential treatment with no clear support system waiting for them. They might want help but face long waitlists, insurance confusion, stigma, or providers who do not have the structure to meet their full needs.
AriseVida Care was created to help close that gap.
The journey began in January 2024, when Arthur started the licensing process for AriseVida Care. What followed was months of preparation, compliance work, policy development, inspections, credentialing, program design, staffing, and building the foundation for a treatment model that could meet people where they truly are. By 2024, AriseVida Care became licensed and prepared to serve the community. On November 20, 2024, AriseVida Care welcomed its first patient.
That first patient marked more than the opening of a clinic. It marked the beginning of a mission.
AriseVida Care started with Medication-Assisted Treatment, providing evidence-based care for adults struggling with opioid use disorder and substance use challenges through medications such as methadone, buprenorphine, and naltrexone. MAT was the foundation because opioid addiction is not a moral failure. It is a medical and behavioral health condition that requires real treatment, structure, monitoring, and compassion.
But as the program grew, we quickly saw that medication alone was not enough for many members. Recovery requires more than one appointment. It requires counseling, structure, accountability, emotional support, and a safe environment where people can begin to rebuild their lives. That need led AriseVida Care to expand into Intensive Outpatient Program services, offering structured group therapy and behavioral health support for individuals who needed a deeper level of care.
As we continued serving our members, another barrier became impossible to ignore: many people wanted recovery but did not have a stable or safe place to live. Some were leaving detox. Some were coming out of residential treatment. Some were returning from jail or prison. Some were trying to escape environments where relapse was almost guaranteed. We saw that without supportive housing, many people were being asked to recover in the very conditions that contributed to their instability.
That is why AriseVida Care expanded its model to include supportive housing connections. This allowed members to receive treatment while also having access to a more stable living environment, giving them a better chance to stay engaged, attend programming, build routine, and move toward long-term recovery.
From there, AriseVida Care continued to grow around the real needs of the people we serve. We added case management because many members needed help navigating appointments, insurance, benefits, documentation, community resources, employment readiness, reentry barriers, and day-to-day stability. We added peer support because recovery is stronger when people are supported by others who understand the journey and can walk beside them with lived experience, encouragement, and accountability.
We also expanded into TMS services because we saw the deep connection between mental health and substance use recovery. Many individuals struggling with addiction are also battling depression, trauma, anxiety, and other mental health conditions. National data shows that in 2024, 21.2 million adults had both a substance use disorder and any mental illness, and 8.8 million of those adults received neither substance use treatment nor mental health treatment. AriseVida Care was built to respond to that reality with a more integrated model of care.
Another major barrier we saw was transportation. For many members, missing treatment was not because they did not care. It was because they could not get there. Without reliable transportation, even the best treatment plan can fall apart. That is why AriseVida Care expanded to include transportation support, helping members stay connected to care, attend appointments, participate in programming, and remain consistent in their recovery.
Every service AriseVida Care has added came from listening to our members and responding to what they actually needed. We did not build a program around theory. We built it around real people, real barriers, and real solutions.
Today, AriseVida Care serves adults facing substance use challenges, mental health needs, trauma, reentry barriers, housing instability, and the difficult process of rebuilding life after addiction. Our model brings together Medication-Assisted Treatment, IOP/group therapy, supportive housing connections, case management, peer support, transportation support, psychiatric and behavioral health services, and TMS services into one coordinated path of care.
We believe people should not have to fight through a broken system alone. We believe treatment should be accessible, organized, compassionate, and built around the full picture of a person’s life. We believe recovery is not just about stopping substance use. It is about restoring dignity, rebuilding structure, reconnecting with purpose, and creating a future that feels possible again.
AriseVida Care was not created to be just another behavioral health provider. It was created to be a place where people could walk in during one of the hardest chapters of their life and be met with hope, urgency, respect, and a real plan forward.
What began as a vision in January 2024 has grown into a mission-driven organization built around one powerful belief:
When people are given the right care, the right support, and the right environment, they can rise again.
That is the story of AriseVida Care.
And that is why we do this work every day.
AriseVida Care was founded by Arthur Allayev to help people rise out of addiction, instability, trauma, and untreated mental health challenges. Too many people were treated in pieces: medication without housing, treatment without transportation, and no support after jail, detox, or residential care. Licensing began in January 2024, and on November 20, 2024, we welcomed our first patient.
Care began with Medication-Assisted Treatment for opioid use disorder, using methadone, buprenorphine, and naltrexone. Listening to our members, we added an Intensive Outpatient Program, supportive housing connections, case management, peer support, transportation, and psychiatric and TMS services, so treatment, stability, and mental health care meet in one coordinated path.
Today we serve adults facing substance use, mental health needs, trauma, reentry barriers, and housing instability. We believe that with the right care, the right support, and the right environment, people can rise again. That is why we do this work every day.
