Free language and communication assistance
AriseVida Care provides free language assistance services. Appropriate auxiliary aids and services, including information in accessible formats, are also available free of charge. Call 602-899-1229, email info@arisevida.com, or speak with our staff. Relay users may dial 711.
You do not have to bring or pay for your own interpreter. Tell us your preferred language and, if relevant, dialect. You may ask for help during an inquiry, admission, appointment, consent discussion, treatment planning, discharge, billing discussion or grievance.

How to request assistance
- Call 602-899-1229 during clinic hours (Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–noon; Saturday, 6:00–9:00 a.m.; Phoenix time). Relay users may dial 711.
- Email info@arisevida.com. Please do not include unnecessary medical information in an email.
- Tell any staff member when you schedule, arrive or at any point during your care.
Language assistance can include a qualified interpreter and translation of important written or electronic information. We do not require a child, friend, relative or unqualified employee to interpret. Auxiliary aids and services can include qualified sign-language interpreters, real-time captioning, accessible electronic information, large print, Braille or audio formats when appropriate, help completing forms, and additional time to communicate. Advance notice helps us arrange assistance, but we do not reject a request solely because it was not made in advance.
