AriseVida Care became an in-network provider with Mercy Care and Mercy Care RBHA effective June 1, 2026. Here is how members can check coverage and explore next steps.
On June 1, 2026, AriseVida Care became an in-network provider with Mercy Care and Mercy Care RBHA. As we look back on this year’s progress, this milestone represents another step in helping people explore outpatient addiction and behavioral health care at our Phoenix location.
For Mercy Care and Mercy Care RBHA members, it also creates a practical reason to revisit a question they may have asked before: can I use my benefits at AriseVida Care? Our team can help review the member’s specific plan and the care being considered, then explain what still needs to be confirmed.
Network participation is one part of understanding insurance coverage. It means AriseVida Care has a provider relationship with Mercy Care and Mercy Care RBHA; the details of an individual member’s benefits still matter.
Members should confirm that their exact product, requested service, and dates of care fall within the applicable coverage and network arrangements. Some services may involve authorization or other plan requirements. A general announcement cannot establish a particular person’s eligibility or guarantee approval.
If you previously contacted us about Mercy Care coverage, you can reach out again with your current plan information. Tell the team about the earlier conversation so they can understand your question and check the circumstances that apply now.
You do not need to understand every insurance term to ask for help. A useful benefits conversation can begin with a few direct questions:
Keep a note of the answers and any items awaiting confirmation. If something sounds unclear, ask the team to explain it in plain language. Knowing what happens next can make an unfamiliar process easier to follow.
Have your insurance card available when you contact us, if possible. Share which service you are interested in or describe the support you are looking for. If a current provider or care coordinator is helping you, let the admissions team know so you can discuss appropriate next steps.
The conversation can also include practical questions about appointments, what to bring, and how the admissions process works. These details help you prepare while coverage and clinical needs are reviewed separately.
We appreciate the opportunity to welcome Mercy Care and Mercy Care RBHA members who are exploring care. The June 1 milestone matters because it gives people another place to begin a conversation about treatment and coverage.
To get started, request an insurance review or contact AriseVida Care. Our team can review your information and discuss possible next steps. Benefits depend on your plan and circumstances, and verification does not guarantee coverage, authorization, or payment.
